Timedomain Releases ACE Studio 2.0 - Adds 140 AI Voices, New Instruments, and Generative Kits

Timedomain has announced the release of ACE Studio 2.0, an application for AI-powered vocal synthesis and instrument generation. The update focuses on expanding the available content library and improving production workflow, featuring additional AI Voice Models, new language support, expanded AI Instruments, and new Generative Kits, alongside workflow enhancements and seamless DAW integration. The Vocal Synth library now includes over 140 AI Voice Models, with new multi-lingual additions covering styles such as Rap, Pop, Chanson, Ballad, Kids Choir, and Country. Language support has been expanded with four new languages, totaling eight: English, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, Italian, French, and Portuguese. The Instrument Library has been augmented with several new AI Instruments modeled by artists, including violins, violas, cellos, saxophones (Bob Magnuson, Carlo Alfonso), a trumpet (Xiaochuan Li), and a duduk. Three new Generative AI Kits—'Inspire Me,' 'Music Enhancer,' and 'Add a Layer'—are now available in 2.0. These kits are designed to generate musical elements such as samples, loops, and layers, and to assist in the refinement of rough creative concepts into complete pieces. Workflow improvements have been made to the Stem Splitter, Vocal to MIDI, and the ACE Bridge plugin to streamline the production process.
