Noisebud Peach v1.60 – Shape Dynamics Like Nothing Else
Peach gives you two gain controls—one for signal above a threshold, one for signal below—and lets you choose which part of the spectrum to apply that shaping to. That’s the core concept. No ratios, no automatic behavior. You shape dynamics, directly.

It can function as a compressor, limiter, expander, transient shaper, de-esser, or gate—depending on how you set it up. But none of those work like Peach. You decide where the threshold is, how the two zones respond, and which part of the signal gets affected.

With v1.60, Peach becomes a full-scale, spectrum-aware dynamics platform.

What’s new in v1.60:

• Oversampling (2× / 4×) for both upper and lower clippers

• Curve control for shaping transitions between upper and lower zones

• Channel selection (L/R/M/S) in both sidechain and output filters

• Mute Above / Mute Below – now you can use Peach as a gate

• Updated GUI and workflow

• Manual updated

Core features:

• Independent gain for signal above and below threshold

• Frequency-selective dynamics via sidechain and output filters

• Stereo field targeting (L/R/M/S) in both filters

• Lookahead

• Up / Pause / Down envelope controls

• Curve control for shaping fade transitions

• Dual clippers – one for each dynamic zone

• Loudness Match using LUFS short-term

• Delta monitoring

• Dry/Wet blend

• Resettable peak meters

• Mac (VST3 & AU, signed/notarized) and Windows (VST3)

This isn’t a twist on compression—it’s an entirely different approach to dynamic processing.
