Modartt has released Pianoteq 9, a significant update to its physically-modeled virtual piano and instrument suite. Rather than relying on samples, Pianoteq generates its sound in real-time, a process that this latest version aims to refine for deeper authenticity across its entire instrument collection. At the core of the update is an enhanced soundboard model, which improves the stereo and spatial perception of the instruments.
